For more than 12 years,  I have worked in various realms of the entertainment industry (feature animation, casting, corporate media, and recruiting). And while there are a lot of TERRIBLE jobs out in the market, there are also a lot of really, REALLY good ones.

 

The trick is finding the good ones, while weeding out the ones that take up all your time and energy without contributing to your personal goals.
